- Legal, terms of service, privacy, and geo-blocking
- Payments and money movement
How votes are counted
- Square root of locked reputation
- Up to double weight for a full 90-day lock
- Quorum: 3 unique voters and 5% of locked reputation
- Reputation penalties: 10% / 25% / 50% of locked reputation
