Terms of Service
Draft pending legal review. This is not formal legal advice and is not a substitute for counsel.
Version 2026-10-13-draft. These terms can change; we will post the new version here.
Beta
Iterkai is in beta and is actively being developed. Features may change, be added, or be removed. Accounts, saves, votes, comments, and reputation may be reset. Do not rely on the beta to keep a record you cannot replace.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Where EU/EEA/UK rules require a higher digital-consent age, you must be at least 16. One natural person may keep one account. Under-13s may play as guests only: no account, no cloud identity, and no personalised ads.
Acceptable use
Do not cheat, scrape, attack, impersonate, harass, upload malware, attempt to exploit the SDK, evade geo restrictions, or use the service for anything illegal. We may suspend or delete accounts that break these rules.
Reputation
Reputation is a play-only score on Iterkai. It is a limited licence to use features such as voting. It has no cash value, is not a deposit, security, or investment product, and may be capped, reduced by a published penalty, or reset during beta. You cannot buy, sell, or transfer it.
User content
Comments, proposals, game builds, and other uploads stay yours. You grant Iterkai a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, and moderate that content so the service can run. We use a notice-and-takedown process for alleged infringement or abuse: flag the content in-product or email support3@iterkai.com. Repeat or severe abuse can end in a ban.
As-is and liability
The service is provided as-is, including during beta. To the fullest extent allowed by law we disclaim implied warranties. Our aggregate liability for a dispute relating to Iterkai is capped at the greater of fifty US dollars or the fees you paid us in the prior three months (usually none). We are not liable for lost reputation, beta data resets, or third-party ads and games.

Changes
We may update these terms. The version identifier on this page is stored when you accept. Material changes are posted here; continued use after the new version is posted is acceptance, except where the law requires a fresh checkbox.
